This historic building is decorated in a mixture of traditional Sicilian and modern styles, with colourful mosaic walls. The nearest beach club with sun loungers and umbrellas is 15 minutes' away on foot.

All air-conditioned apartments offer free wired internet and a flat-screen TV. An extensive breakfast including Sicilian products is served on the sea-view terrace. Wi-Fi is free in all public areas.

La Gancia Residence is on Sicily’s North coast, one hour's drive from Palermo. Trapani Airport is 15 km away and an airport shuttle service is available on request. On Sunday and public holidays you can park around the property for free.

For guests booking the breakfast-included rate, cleaning, change of bed linen and change of towels occur daily. Otherwise, towels are changed daily, and cleaning and change of bed linen occur weekly.

The kitchenette must be left clean on departure, otherwise extra costs will apply.
